How do the shirts fit?

Our tees have a unisex fit and run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately and we'll do our best - but once printing starts, the order can't be changed or cancelled.

What is your return policy?

Every WOTEES tee is printed on demand just for you. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, then shipping time is added on top. Most Canadian orders arrive within about 5-12 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees - around holidays things can take a little longer, eh?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

WOTEES is designed in BC, Canada, and every order is printed on demand in Canada. Wear the True North, made in the True North.

We offer a 30-day window for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Just contact us with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Because our tees are printed on demand and made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
